The Embers
La Braise was a fictional restaurant concept specialising in cooking meats over a wood fire, highlighting authentic, generous cuisine centred on the grill.
Fictional project carried out as an exercise in experimentation and learning around branding. The aim was to build a complete and coherent visual identity. Exploring the different stages of the creative process: research, art direction, graphic design, variations through to the final deliverable.
